Do you like dancing and DJ music? Do you want to enjoy the nightlife, safe from flashing lights that can cause seizures or overstimulate you? Softlights was born to make space for people with photosensitive epilepsy and to help everyone who struggles to dance to strobe effects enjoy a night out safely.

On Saturday, the 21st of February, we will be hosting a new edition with NOV3 on the decks, ensuring the night is fun, safe, and danced away!

ABOUT SOFTLIGHTS

Softlights was born in 2024 in Amsterdam from the idea of Greta (aka NOV3) who has lived with epilepsy since the age of 15. Despite the risks posed by flashing lights her passion for electronic music never stopped growing.

She realized that many people with epilepsy are excluded from the nightlife scene simply because the environment isn’t safe for them. Together with her friend Wess, she decided to create a new kind of party: one where everyone can enjoy electronic music without fear.

Their mission is to make electronic music accessible to all by organizing events that are safe, inclusive, and free from seizure-triggering lighting. Softlights wants to bring this concept everywhere, raising awareness and changing the way nightlife is designed.

Because music should unite, not separate people.
